LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Alfa Metals Co., LTD® / Mighty-Multi Ladders ® are warranted against defects in materials & workmanship, based on normal use only. This warrant applies to the original owner only and is for the useful life of the product. Alfa Metals Co., LTD® Mighty -Multi Ladders will replace at its option, any units subject to this Lifetime Limited Warranty during the warranty period. Under all circumstances, the maximum liability for Alfa Metals Co., LTD® / Mighty-Multi Ladders ® under this Lifetime Limited Warranty will be limited to the purchase price paid.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.

A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways:
1. The first is an exchange-only transaction. Return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased (provided they are a participating retailer). Returns must be made within the time period of the retailer's policy for exchanges. Proof of purchase may be required. Please check with the retailer for its specific return policy regarding time limits for returns or exchanges.
2. The second is to return the product, freight prepaid, to Alfa Metals Co., LTD for repair or replacement at our discretion.
